Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Verify AI-generated variant pathogenicity assessments against ClinVar and gnomAD.
- Review protein-structure predictions and identify biologically implausible conformations.
- Annotate CRISPR guide RNA targets with on/off-target scoring.
- Evaluate pathway analysis and gene-set enrichment reasoning.
Requirements
What we need
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Experience with genomic databases (ClinVar, gnomAD, UniProt).
- Proficiency in sequence analysis and structural biology concepts.
- Publications in genomics, proteomics, or systems biology.
