Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Verify AI-generated variant pathogenicity assessments against ClinVar and gnomAD.
  • Review protein-structure predictions and identify biologically implausible conformations.
  • Annotate CRISPR guide RNA targets with on/off-target scoring.
  • Evaluate pathway analysis and gene-set enrichment reasoning.
Requirements

What we need

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field.
  • Experience with genomic databases (ClinVar, gnomAD, UniProt).
  • Proficiency in sequence analysis and structural biology concepts.
  • Publications in genomics, proteomics, or systems biology.
