Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Perit website and platform operated by Zyno AI Inc(“Perit,” “we,” “us”). By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Perit provides two primary services: (1) connecting verified domain experts with paid research engagements for AI training and evaluation; and (2) delivering expert-curated training data, evaluation benchmarks, and dedicated expert pods to AI labs and enterprises under separate commercial agreements.

Expert network terms

  • You must provide accurate credentials and pass our domain verification process.
  • Work product created during engagements is owned by the commissioning customer, subject to your engagement agreement.
  • You agree to maintain confidentiality of all project materials and not disclose client identities without permission.
  • Payment rates are set per engagement based on domain, credential level, and task complexity.
  • Perit may suspend or remove experts who fail reliability thresholds or violate confidentiality.

Customer terms

Enterprise and AI lab engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Off-the-shelf dataset licenses include specific usage rights for commercial training and evaluation. Contact hello@perit.ai for current licensing terms.

Intellectual property

The Perit brand, website, software platform, and Perit Bench benchmarks are owned byZyno AI Inc. Training data delivered under customer agreements is licensed per the applicable SOW. Expert contributors retain no IP rights in work product created during paid engagements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

Perit provides expert-sourced data and evaluation services on an “as delivered” basis. We do not guarantee specific model performance outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to Perit in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
